Achieve increased test flexibility with autoranging outputs and higher current at more voltages with the Keysight N6756A autoranging DC power module. The high-performance N6756A offers lower noise and an improved accuracy of 0.06 percent for precise testing.
Fast up and down programming allows for testing up to 50 times faster than a conventional power supply. Best suited for automatic test equipment (ATE) systems in R&D, design validation, and manufacturing, the N6756A DC power module gives fast command processing time and output speed for better throughput.
