Get both high-input R (1 MO) and low-input C (0.9 pF) to reduce circuit loading across the entire bandwidth with the Teledyne LeCroy ZS1500-QUADPAK high-impedance active probes. Ideal for 1GHz oscilloscopes, the ZS1500 probes provide innovative grounding capabilities to offer the highest signal fidelity by shortening the ground loop and eliminating the effect of that loop on the signal.

- High signal fidelity to 4GHz bandwidth
- Low circuit loading: high-input impedance and low capacitance
- 4GHz, 2.5GHz, 1.5GHz, and 1GHz models
- 1 Mohmes input resistance
- 0.6 pF (4GHz) and 0.9 pF input capacitance
- plus/minus 8 V input dynamic range, plus/minus12 V offset range
