6kV, 100 MHz High Voltage Differential Probe
Achieve exceptionally high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) over a broad frequency range with the Teledyne LeCroy HVD3605 high voltage differential probe. The HVD3605 can efficiently meet all measurement challenges in noisy, high common-mode power electronics with its precise high voltage floating measurements with 1% gain accuracy. This differential probe is best suited for automotive, motor drive development, and product design applications.
