The D1330-PS is a high-performance probing solution with high-input dynamic and offset range capabilities.
This differential probe has two solder-in (SI) tips or interconnect leads, with the smallest tip size and high-level electrical performance. It also has one square pin (SP) interconnect for IC characterization boards and other applications.
