4 Ch 6 GHz Digital Oscilloscope
The WaveMaster(TM) oscilloscope family is designed to meet next-generation research and development needs. It includes an all-SiGe front end for highest signal fidelity, uses LeCroy's X-Stream Technology, provides fast display updates (up to 100X faster) of the analysis, and provides the ability to customize the scope with the user's own measurements or functions. In addition, the WaveMaster DSO contains a SiGe trigger circuit for maximum trigger sensitivity at high bandwidths, and extremely low (< 2.5 ps) trigger jitter. A high stability (1 ppm) internal sample clock ensures the most precise timing measurements.
