The TPR4000 offers the lowest noise and high bandwidth required to measure AC ripple between 200 uVp-p and 800 mVp-p at up to 4GHz.
This power rail probe's higher input impedance minimizes the oscilloscope loading effect on DC rails to make the needed measurements.
