The Tektronix P76CA-292 is a probe tip assembly. It can be used with the Tektronix MSO/DPO70000DX and DPO/DSA70000D Series oscilloscopes and the Tektronix P7600 Series TriMode probe to provide very low noise levels in signals. On using the assembly with the oscilloscope, the vertical setting can be set as low as 3.48 mV/div and an RMS system noise < 1.1 mV at a bandwidth of 33 GHz. With this high sensitivity, you can accurately measure even very low amplitude signals.
