The Keysight Technologies UXR0334A offers 10-bit high-definition ADC, 20 femtoseconds (typical) of intrinsic jitter for exceptional jitter characterization, deep memory and hardware-accelerated processing for high precision signal acquisition. The UXR0334A can effectively meet your toughest test-system challenges and requirements with its bandwidth upgradability. It also includes high-speed SDA and clock recovery, user-defined functions, and an optional calibration module.

The Keysight Technologies UXR0334A oscilloscope's correction filters ensure flat frequency magnitude and phase response.
