The highly precise, flexible Keysight N7973A can accurately capture DUT current profiles and efficiently accelerate test-system throughput. This power supply offers all the features of the Keysight N6900 Series with some added capabilities.

The N7973A power supply features a 2U full-rack footprint and built-in paralleling capability up to 10kW.
