Make power integrity measurements with the Keysight (formerly Agilent) N7024A power rail probe. The Keysight N7024A lets you measure noise, ripple, and transients on DC power rails with mV sensitivity. It also offers low noise with an attenuation ratio of 1:1, large offset range ( 15V), low DC loading from a large 50 k ohmes DC input impedance, and high bandwidth.
This power rail probe can efficiently measure periodic and random disturbances (PARD), static and dynamic load response, programmable power rail response, and similar power integrity measurements. The N7024A probe is compatible with the Keysight Infiniium S, 9000, 90000A, 90000X, V, Z and UXR < = 33GHz Series oscilloscopes.
