With InfiniiMode technology, the Keysight (formerly Agilent) N7001A offers industry-leading measurement capabilities along with increased probe usability. Conveniently measure the differential signal, the single-ended A or B signals, and the common-mode component of a differential signal with just a single connection of the InfiniiMax III Plus probe amp.
The N7001A probe amplifier is loaded with unique S-parameters to flatten the probe's magnitude and phase response for accuracy to yield better probe corrections and deliver accurate measurements.
