The Keysight (formerly Agilent) N4903B High-Performance Serial BERT (J-BERT) provides complete jitter tolerance test solution for characterization of serial gigabit devices.
An extremely proficient test device, the N4903B offers complete, integrated and calibrated jitter composition for stressed eye testing of receivers up to 12.5 Gb/s.
One of the N4903B's highlights is its automated and compliant jitter tolerance testing, which allows quick and accurate characterization for all popular serial bus standards. This includes the likes of PCI Express, SATA, FB-DIMM, Fiber Channel, CEI, Gigabit Ethernet and XFP.
The Keysight N4903B matches to latest serial bus interfaces perfectly with its ability to analyze un-deterministic traffic, generate complex pattern sequences, subrate clock outputs.
