Differential probe

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) N2891A is a 70-MHz high-voltage differential probe to make safe and accurate floating measurements with an oscilloscope. The Keysight N2891A is compatibile with oscilloscopes with BNC input of 1 M ohm, and capable of measuring over a wide bandwidth of 70 MHz. The Keysight N2891A can also be used for floating signal measurements up to /- 7000 Volts of both common mode and differential voltage when connected to a conventional Keysight oscilloscope.

The N2891A offers attenuation settings of 100:1 or 1000:1. The probes can be powered by either a set of 4 AA batteries or via a USB cable connected to a PC or the USB host port of the scope. The N2891A probe also comes with two safety hook tips and two high-voltage alligator clips.
