Keysight Technologies 54853A
4 Ch 2.5 GHz Digital Oscilloscope
The 54853A provides real-time bandwidth of 2.5 GHz and a 20 GSa/s sample rate on every channel. This sample rate produces more accurate and repeatable measurements, avoiding measurement error and signal aliasing due to under sampling of the waveform.
